How to Use:
Adults and children 12 years and older: take two (2) caplets at bedtime. Do not exceed two caplets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor. Swallow whole; do not crush, chew, or dissolve.

Ingredients:
Active Ingredients (Per Caplet):

• Acetaminophen 500 mg (Pain Reliever)

• Diphenhydramine HCl 25 mg (Nighttime Sleep Aid)

Inactive Ingredients: Carnauba wax, corn starch, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, povidone, titanium dioxide, and other binding and coating agents.

Warnings:
Liver warning: This product contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if you take more than 4,000 mg in 24 hours, with other drugs containing acetaminophen, or while consuming 3 or more alcoholic drinks per day.
Do not use: with any other product containing diphenhydramine, or with other sleep aids. May cause drowsiness—do not drive or operate machinery. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
